The Montefiore Hospital

2 Montefiore Rd, Hove BN3 1RD, UK – 01273 828120

I had a total ankle replacement Nov 2015. From first meeting to discuss my options through the operation and on to yearly follow ups I found every member of the hospital friendly and yet very professional, they treated me with care and respect, and the food was excellent! My ankle replacement has been a fantastic success and i have now rejoined the gym, lost over 40lbs in weight, walk my dogs and have even been able to do some horse riding again! Its not an exaggeration to say it has transformed mine and my families life! I cannot thank Mr Redfern and his team enough and would not hesitate in recommending him and the hospital!

I was really impressed with this hospital and the staff, my procedure did not correct the problem however this was not guaranteed anyway. Nurses were lovely and the place is immaculate. Everything was explained in detail from beginning to end and I would go back for further treatment

Royal Alexandra Children's Hospital

Eastern Rd, Brighton BN2 5BE, UK – 01273 696955

Excellent service! Staff are very friendly and caring. I can't fault anything about the hospital or the staff.

I couldn't find an email that looked like it went direct to the staff of the A&E as I felt I wanted to write how saddened I was to received a text message asking me to rate the staff and service after my trip to the A&E on Sunday last. I understand practices need to be monitored and reviewed but honestly, when we know how hard p the NHS is and how hard staff have to work for no pay increase, I felt this text message was thoroughly disrespectful of them. My son hurt himself and within in 2 hours of my time spent at the A&E, I had seen a triage Nurse, he had been given pain relief, we had 4 x-rays and I had a professional tell me that he was going to be fine. The nurse that saw us was great and I did thank him for his help. So please, these texts are unnecessary and not to mention an expense surely the NHS doesn't need. We are very lucky to have a free service no matter if you are rich, poor, British or not. Thank you Royal Alex A&E! My one thing isn't a criticism of the staff but I think a tidy up and layout review of the transition playroom might be a good idea. Broken toys and books that can't be easily reached aren't really conducive to playtime.

Royal Sussex County Hospital

Barry Building, Eastern Rd, Brighton BN2 5BE, UK – 01273 696955

The care at this hospital was exceptional... taking into consideration its free and under staffed... I made great friends on the ward plus loved alot of the ladies who took care of me. 5 star is an understatement considering the stated facts.

Came for a physio session and they were fantastic. A very professional service from start to finish.

The new NHS website below is very well worth a look. Hospitals are not only listed but evaluated. I certainly know which ones I would go to! At the very least you will know what questions to ask if you are sent to one which has not entered its data. Good luck!
